Florida Hospital DeLand cares about your health and the health of our community.  In order to improve your access to healthcare, we invite you to join the Partner Program which offers hospital benefits to local businesses, their employees and community members.

Pre-Registration

Partners have the ability to pre-register, which means they can supply their demographic and insurance information before their scheduled appointment date.  This will help partners save time on the day of their appointment.

Same Day Appointments Guarantee

Partner card members receive priority same-day appointment scheduling for the services listed below. Prior authorization may be needed for some appointments. Please check with your insurance provider for specific details.  If your insurance requires pre-authorization or physician referral, you still qualify for same day appointments once authorization or referral is received. Insurance co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service.

Echocardiogram Study - Echocardiogram is a test that uses sound waves to create a moving picture of your heart.

Vascular Study - We offer two types of vascular studies, including Venous Doppler and Arterial Doppler. These tests are used to check for proper blood flow through blood vessels and arteries in the upper and lower extremities.

Electrocardiogram (EKG) - A graphic recording of the electrical activity of the heart used to evaluate cardiac function and to diagnose arrhythmias and other disorders.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) - MRI uses a non-radiation imaging technique to produce high-quality images of bones, soft tissues, and hard tissues primarily of the brain, spine and joints.

CT - A Computed Tomography (CT) scan uses X-rays to make detailed pictures of structures inside the body.

Mammogram - A low-dose X-ray image of the breast used to detect breast cancer. It can detect the presence of cancer in the very early and curable stages, even when a lump is too small to be felt.

Bone Density Scan - Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) scan is a means of measuring bone mineral density (BMD). It is a tool used to diagnose osteoporosis.

Ultrasound - A noninvasive diagnostic test that uses high-frequency sound waves to look at organs and structures inside the body.

Discounts with Local DeLand Vendors

Partners will enjoy 10 percent discounts at all vendors that have chosen to participate in our “Partner Discount Program”.  Currently, there are over 100 local businesses offering discounts to Partner Card holders and this number will continue to grow!

Quarterly Newletter

Partners will receive a quarterly newsletter that contains program updates and general health information.

Online Access

Partners will have access to a secure portal on the Florida Hospital DeLand Web site.  This will allow partners to access their health records, change demographic information and pay their bills online. 

Non-Insured Partner Program Discount

Non-Insured Partners and their dependents receive a 50-percent discount on services rendered at Florida Hospital DeLand. The discount applies to inpatient admissions, emergency department visits and outpatient elective services and requires payment at the time of service. Many Physician fees are separate and will be billed directly to the partner by the physician. 

Valet Service

Complimentary Valet Service is offered to patients at the Stone Street Outpatient Entrance.
