The Florida Hospital DeLand Foundation Presents a Garden of Peace, Tranquility and Cherished Memories

WHAT:         A special ribbon cutting celebration of the Florida Hospital DeLand Foundation Memory Garden

BCKGRND:            

The Florida Hospital DeLand Foundation is pleased to introduce the Florida Hospital DeLand Memory Garden, a work of respect, love, and generosity. It is designed to allow a peaceful respite to the hospital environment for patients, their families and staff.

 

Professionally designed, the Memory Garden is a tranquil space for reflection, relaxation and peace. Colorful flowering plants, refreshing shade, a water feature and numerous seating areas complement winding pathways throughout the garden. This garden of peace, tranquility and cherished memories is located near the Stone Street Entrance.

 

Each tribute item purchased assists in building technology, innovation and services in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer at the Florida Hospital Cancer Institute at DeLand.
