WHAT: Florida Hospital DeLand and Florida Hospital Fish Memorial will host the 4th Annual Celebration of Thanksgiving. Each year, this free event features musical talent as well as special readings highlighting the season of Thanksgiving.
This year’s theme, “Bountiful Blessings, Abundance of Hope”
highlights the many blessings and hope for the future that
children bring to the community. Throughout the program, a
video will show children from the Stetson Baptist Church
Christian School sharing their Thanksgiving blessings. DeLand
Mayor Bob Apgar and Deltona Mayor Dennis Mulder also
shared their own expressions of thanks as well as thoughts about
the many blessing children bring to the community.

DETAILS: “Bountiful Blessings, Abundance of Hope,” will feature the talent of Jennifer LaMountain, Morning Song Artist who has performed for thousands worldwide (www.morningsong.org). In addition Stetson Baptist Church’s Higher Call Quartet, the DeLand High School Choir, and Saxophonist Ron Drachenberg will perform.
