The Florida Hospital DeLand Foundation held its second annual golf tournament at the Victoria Gardens Golf Club in DeLand on Friday, June 4. The tournament raised more than $28,000, with EMpros, Inc. donating $10,000. 104 folks came out to enjoy the scramble.

Due to heavy rain and lightning, the Family & Friends Night Out, scheduled to take place the night before, was cancelled. The drawings for all the great prizes have been rescheduled to take place instead at the Florida Hospital DeLand Day at Melching Field in DeLand on Sunday, July 11. At the game, there will be drawings for SeaWorld Tickets (4), Orlando Science Center, Central Florida Zoo, and Daytona Lagoon.  Visit foundation.fhdeland.org for more information.
