The Florida Hospital DeLand Auxiliary donates $80,000 to the Cardiopulmonary Services and Chest Pain Center at Florida Hospital DeLand.

With this generous donation from the Auxiliary, Florida Hospital DeLand Cardiopulmonary Services was able to purchase two new ventilators and two Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure (Bipap), a breathing apparatus that helps patients get more air into their lungs and are frequently used to ventilate patients without having to intubate.

The Auxiliary is constantly raising money to improve health care in DeLand through the Pink Corner Gift Shop, the Pinkie Resale Shop and through multiple fundraising sales.
