Florida Hospital DeLand has promoted former Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator Erin Hunter to Marketing and Public Relations Manager.

In her new role, Hunter is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives related to internal communications, physician relations, media, customer service, internet strategies, advertising, community relations and special events.

Prior to joining Florida Hospital DeLand in 2008, Hunter served as Public Relations and Advertising Coordinator for Hawaiian Tropic®. She is an Ormond Beach resident and graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations.
