The Florida Hospital DeLand Birthcare Center has hired Deborah Vandal to serve as the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Vandal brings invaluable managerial and administrative experience to the unit, along with her skills in team building, collaboration, and interpersonal relationships.  She has 36 years of nursing experience, mainly in obstetrics and the high risk and acute care of pregnant women.

Vandal is now a DeLand resident and recently moved to the area from Brunswick, GA.  She has a Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor in Health Arts, Master in Health Services Administration, and is a RNC, Inpatient Obstetrics.
