Florida Hospital DeLand’s fourth annual Food Drive exceeded expectations and raised more than 1,500 pounds of food for The House Next Door. This is more than double the amount that was collected for last year’s food drive.

Typically, food drives are held during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons, but Florida Hospital DeLand recognizes that there is still a need throughout the year.

The House Next Door has served more than 50,000 families since 1976, assisting parents in retaining, or in many cases achieving for the first time, strong positive parental leadership and respectful relationships within the family. The programs at The House Next Door serve children in school, the community and their home.
