WHAT:  Florida Hospital DeLand hosts the Inaugural Faith and Health Day 5K Road Race and Fitness Walk to inspire health and wellness among community members.

WHO:  Florida Hospital DeLand along with sponsor Florida Orthopaedic Associates, P.A. will provide health information featuring proper stretching and training techniques, couch potato exercises, and post-race massages. Other participants include Tropical Smoothie Café, the Seventh-Day Adventist Church DeLand and the First Assembly DeLand Participants will focus on the importance nutrition and faith play in overall health and well being.
 
WHEN:   The event will be held on Sunday, February 10 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Registration will begin at 2:00 p.m. and the road race and fitness walk will begin at 3:00 p.m. Health information booths will remain open until 6:00 p.m.

HOW:  The Faith and Health Day 5K Road Race and Fitness walk is open to all community members. Registration cost is $20 per participant prior to the event and $25 per participant on the day of the event. Registration is not necessary to visit the health information booths.
