WHAT:    On Sunday, April 6 from Noon – 4:00 PM Florida Hospital will give nearly 400 FREE EKGs to members of the Volusia and Flagler County community.                                

BACKGROUND:    Florida Hospital invited the Volusia & Flagler County communities to a free cardiac screening in an attempt to thwart cardiac emergencies. It’s proven that early detection can saves lives, and when it comes to complete cardiac care, no one is closer to your heart than Florida Hospital with five convenient locations.

Florida Hospital is offering free Resting EKGs on Sunday, April 6 at Florida Hospital DeLand, Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial, Florida Hospital Flagler, and Florida Hospital Fish Memorial.

That’s why each of our five local campuses offer resources that can help keep the community informed of the issues affecting heart health. From risk assessment and nutritional counseling, to wellness centers and on-going education, we can help our patients make the changes that can greatly reduce their chance of heart disease.
